eolas
A public API for New Zealand and OECD statistics, built and run by Virtus Solutions.
| Problem | Official statistics are public but awkward to use, spread across portals with inconsistent formats. |
| What we built | Pipelines that load each agency's releases, an API service, Python and R clients, and a command-line tool. |
| How it relates to client work | It uses the same approach as our client platforms: tested pipelines, a visible run history, and a source and licence recorded on each table. |

Background
Enterprise platform experience
Phil Donovan has designed data platforms and analytical tools for New Zealand organisations in local government, health and insurance, including the Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora and AA Insurance.
